公司的起源背景
【麻坡】马来西亚柔佛州西北部的一个城市，因为靠近海港 所以美食都以海产盛名。
《美合乌达》起源于谢春美夫妇 因为是鱼商和家庭主妇的角色关系，所以时常利用闲暇时间制作与研究美食，经过多次的研发调味改良，才能见证海产美食《乌达》的诞生！美食受到身边亲戚朋友的肯定而商家也找上门订购，从而启发了以家庭式生意经营。
随着产品符合大众化口味而需求量也渐渐增加，必须改变运作模式，因此也在2009年成立了规范公司生产。
公司以《美合》命名是父亲对孩子的一种期盼，希望自己的心血能让孩子合心传承。
公司目前以各区文饮业、旅游业、及多个海产连锁店为战略伙伴，同时共同推动麻坡海产食品国际化。

“BEE HUP OTAK-OTAK MUAR” originated from Chia Choon Bee and his wife because of the relationship between the role of fish dealer and housewife, they often use their leisure time to make and research new menu, and after many times of research and development and improvement, they can witness the birth of the “otak-otak”! The food was affirmed by his relatives and friends, and the merchants also came to order it, which inspired the family business operation.
As the products meet the popular taste and the demand gradually increasing, it is necessary to change the operation mode, so a standardized company was established in year 2009.
The company’s name of “BEE HUP” is a translation from Chinese, which represent the kind of expectation of the father for his children, hoping that his hard work can make his children inherit it together.
In nowadays, the company takes the cultural and beverage industry, tourism industry and several seafood chain stores in various districts as strategic partners, and at the same time jointly promotes the internationalization of Muar seafood.
